Once enemies reached there, they would enter the formation zones where the real struggle would begin.

"Down with us, everyone! You will encounter formation zones but we don't have time to pass through formations with their rules, so do whatever you can and expand all of your powers to brute force through them!" Maze shouted.
All of them flew down and soon arrived at the dark hazy fog before entering inside.
They arrived in a completely different realm with an illusionary world and obstacles produced by extracting powers from the formation's core, which was made with many materials.
But two Empyrean-order exhausted all of their spirit and soul energy to break through the first formation in an instant.

Seeing as how they easily reached here, Rin clicked her tongue. "I guess we'll have no choice but to go with plan B."

Next, Rani pointed her right palm downward before conjuring a giant dark green axe with black and blue patterns.
It struck downward before releasing a sharp and wide, but thin projectile of energy while the axe started disintegrating.
In that instant, she destroyed 14 formations and started recovering her spirit and soul energy.
All Empyrean-order powerhouses were already exhausted and whenever they recovered half of their energies, four of them would descend and destroy a formation layer.
"I can sense it," Bill grinned. "Only thirty-six formations are left now. Afterward, we'll have to destroy the Blessed Island's barrier. It won't be of much issue."
Rani's eyes were frosty. "You'll slaughter everyone inside with wide-area attacks first while I'll interrupt the integration as fast as possible."
