"Good Afternoon, My name is Rize" the purple-haired woman politely introduced in a low-pitched voice as she held the hem of her dress while bowing a little. She showed noble etiquette as if saying she was noble.

"Good Afternoon, Ms. Rize. My name is Asher Eli" Eli said with the same courtesy as right hand on his chest and left hand on his back as he bowed a little. He also tried to show noble etiquette.

After that only silenced descended.

Rize simply looked at the entry door while Eli scanned her up and down, it may be rude but...would he care, nah.

He was just wondering because this girl was the one who always sat along with Mia and Zera but they don't have much interaction aside from the classroom.

'She doesn't have any vampire characteristics except the pale skin...hmmm' Eli wondered aside from vampires does anyone have this pale skin.

Feeling a judging look, Rize suddenly turned to look at Eli who was simply lost in thoughts while gazing at her ear.

"Is something wrong?"

Eli snapped out of his reverie and looked at Rize's furrowed eyebrows.

"Ha...I am sorry Ms. Rize. I just wondered what you are?" Eli said with a small smile.

The way he asked was definitely rude per see but Eli didn't beat around the bush.

"..." Rize frowned but soon she calmed down and questioned indifferently, "Do I have to answer, Mr. Asher Eli?".

"No" Eli answered with a smile while shaking his head.

After then she returned to normal and again turned to look at the entry.

"..." Eli wasn't an idiot to ask questions like that. It's that, 'Why is My danger sense telling me to hide...as if I am a prey escaping from a predator?' Eli thought.

After so much sacrifice and bloodshed, almost after a year, something happened that could be never forgotten in the history of our civilization or the Beginning of a new Era.

That Dimensional wrap portal that appeared was in the black void but after a year it suddenly changed into pure white.

Scientists were delighted to know something changed as it started to emit warmness rather than fear. They sent soldiers inside the portal so they hoped to contact other side of people.

But that was the second wrong decision, the moment soldiers step into the white portal, again it changed into black but it didn't take long after a few minutes it changed into white.

Not knowing what happened to the soldiers, They send even more search parties...then again it repeated no came out.

Feeling a sense of danger, Scientists worked day and night to find out what was happening inside.

However, as if time waits for no one after 6 months, the white portal changed into red and started to emit blood lust. Soon Monsters jumped out of the portal and started to cause a rampage in the world as they slowly spread throughout, eating humans as if they were snacks creating havoc in every place.

Billions of people died in a single day" Aadya stopped to let him process the information and asked,

"Any question?"

"...hmmm...What do you mean our history starts around 10,000 years ago?....what about their previous civilization?" Eli showed a puzzled expression even though a portal appeared suddenly, he wasn't that curious about it as he already know most of the details but he still couldn't find anything in the Division's Library about the civilization before the appearance of portals.

When Aadya heard that, she raised her eyebrows for a few seconds and then said,

"Don't know....Well, let's focus on our topic, you might able to learn in the 4th Year but now focus on your strength" Aadya said seriously and without getting his reply, she continued,

Eli didn't say anything just listened to her.

"Seeing their kind being devoured and killed brutally, humans started to fight against it but they also died in vain as their technology didn't even consider a weapon to the monsters....feeling their end nearing, Everyone prayed to the god for salvation and waited to end their pitiful life.

Despite seeing Hell, there were few people who didn't want it to end like that, so they decided to enter the same portal that broke our world beyond repair.
