What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

Chapter 818: Let Senpai Teach You

Chapter 818: Let Senpai Teach You

I was honestly expecting that black hair girl to show up but several days had passed and nothing had happened.

I guess the fact that I had my mask on which meant she couldn't have known how I looked might have helped prevent her from identifying me.

In other words... Things went back to normal and I was living my daily life again.

There was, however... One very notable change that I noticed.

Everyone seemed to step aside when they saw me and there were a few others who I saw would whisper and point in my direction.

Hey... This sight kind of looks familiar...

Oh wait... This was literally what I experienced back in my original World when I would go to school...

Still, I realised that this probably had something to do with the girls dealing with the rumours or something, but I wonder just what exactly did they do for my schoolmates to react like this to the sight of me.

When I asked them, all of them just played dumb and even Katsuki said that she did not know why my schoolmates would act that way.

Since I know Katsuki wouldn't lie to me, they most likely intentionally kept her out of the loop for this.

Anyway... We're having close combat classes today again and today was a little different. We would be going to the Dungeon today with the class.

Naturally, Odeta and I were expected to act as chaperones instead of joining as participants ourselves, considering the fact that the Dungeon we were going to was an easy one.

Incidentally, instead of the Dungeon below the school, we were going to another one this time.

Also, weirdly enough, Odeta didn't make a fuss about being placed in another group as their guardian.

In fact, she seemed quite happy that she was in a different group than I was.

I would have thought she got tired of following me around if not for the fact that I overheard her telling her group members, "Hey~ Wanna hear more stories about how awesome Aster is?!"

I'm guessing that's what they did to the rest of the school... And Odeta was planning to tell more about my past to them...

Geez... Just don't embellish anything ok?

I mean, I would rather you don't but something tells me it's already too late for me to ask her to stop anyway...

I also believe Instructor Henry had done this on purpose because I was grouped up with those boys who had wanted to fight me for Odeta before.

Interestingly, they were the only ones who were still giving me that same look where they seemed quite dissatisfied with me.

Either they didn't buy any of what the other girls had said or despite knowing all of that, they still were not accepting of me.

Yep... Instructor Henry most likely grouped me with them precisely because of this.

Maybe he's expecting them to change their minds after I accompany them into the Dungeon?

Well... I'm not sure if that would really happen but I'll at least play my role properly and make sure these boys don't do anything stupid.

"Alright, is everyone properly grouped up? Make sure each of your groups have at least a guardian following you!" Instructor Henry called out after gathering us in front of the Dungeon.

For my classmates, I remember that even after training for a long time, they were still understandably nervous and panicky when they were fighting against their first monster.

Heck, I remember that I was pretty much the same as well for my case when I went to hunt with Mother for the first time.

But looking at these boys, they were facing the monster without fear, which meant that they most likely had done this before.

I guess they must have gone out to hunt monsters on their own before.

Well, I guess this would be a good chance for me to watch how they fight.

The Dungeon rat let out a shriek before it charged towards the boys while I stood behind them.

Haddock raised his sword right as the rat lunged at him, catching the rat's claws with his blade and halting its advance.

The two boys beside him slashed their swords quickly, their blades leaving a deep gash in the monster's side and drawing blood.

The Dungeon Rat let out a shriek of pain and tried to retreat, only to realise that the last two boys had cut off its retreat by moving behind it.

Both of them stabbed their swords into the monster's back, preventing it from running away even as it tried to shake itself free.

Haddock took the role of delivering the coup de grace as he slashed his sword at the monster's head, splitting open its skull and killing it.

The Dungeon Rat wobbled for a moment before it collapsed on the ground, dead.

Hmm... Not bad I would say.

More because of their teamwork than anything else. They didn't even need to communicate with one another and they already knew what their role was in dealing with a monster like this, suggesting that they have definitely done this before.

Heck, I was expecting them to start celebrating after the win but they still maintained their combat stance as though expecting more enemies to show up.

When nothing happened for a while, they finally relaxed.

Yep, definitely experienced.

Haddock then sheathed his sword, "Let's move on then."

That was the part where I frowned.

"Hold on... Are you not going to harvest it?" I asked, gesturing to the Dungeon Rat.

Haddock turned to narrow his eyes at me, "Harvest it? Harvest what? We're not going to eat monster meat. Don't you know that you can't eat them because of the mana they contain?"

I rolled my eyes, "I'm talking about the Mana Crystal inside it. Are you not going to get it? If you aren't, it's a waste of effort to kill it, you know?"

All of them looked at me like I had grown a second head.

Wait... Don't tell me they've never done this before?

Geez... Does that mean they have just been killing monsters but never harvesting their parts?

What a waste...

Whatever, I guess that's what the guardians are here for so I guess I'll teach them... Now watch carefully you brats.
